College School District is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning and working environment for all students, families, employees, and community members.
The District prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying in any district program, activity, or employment practice on the basis of actual or perceived race or ethnicity, color, ancestry, nationality, national origin, immigration status, ethnic group identification, age, religion, marital or parental status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or any other characteristic protected under state or federal law. The District also prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on a person’s association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
This policy applies to all acts related to school activity or school attendance within a school under the jurisdiction of College School District, and to all District programs, services, activities, and employment practices.
Any student, parent/guardian, employee, or community member who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying is encouraged to report the concern to the District. Complaints may be filed through the District’s Uniform Complaint Procedures.

The District will promptly and appropriately investigate complaints and take steps to resolve concerns in accordance with applicable law and District policy. Retaliation against any person who files a complaint, participates in an investigation, or reports discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying is prohibited.
